Competitive, expedient, and professional. Jeff Dietrich very patiently answered our questions about different cars, including the Camry, and was ready with a very "cut to the chase" deal when we returned after test driving a Buick Regal again. We don't like to spend all day at dealerships haggling as we tend to do a lot of homework before we even start looking for cars.
